Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to help shape and grow a platform designed to make the film and television industry more efficient and sustainable. In this role, you will work closely with founders, engineers, and designers to translate user needs into product features and help guide the product from concept to launch and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product features from concept through launch and ongoing iteration.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, tickets, and roadmaps.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product scope and deliver high-quality releases.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog while balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across product, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and product data to inform improvements and new feature development.
• Contribute to product strategy and help identify opportunities to grow and improve the platform.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile or iterative product development environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear product requirements and actionable tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on marketplace platforms or two-sided products.
• Familiarity with the film, television, or production industry.
• Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with early-stage startups or fast-growing product teams.
